  • Once you login to EZY portal as a Customer, from your homepage header menu, click the ‘Jobs” menu, and select ‘Post New Job’
  • Fill in all the mandatory details in the ‘Post New Job’ landing page and click on ‘Save Job’.
  • Once the job is saved, it gets posted, and you will see the Job details page
  • Freelancers would be able to view the job and bid for it.
  • Yes, you can edit your job posting after it is posted. However, if any Freelancers already submitted their bids to your job, you should inform them of this change, so that they can adjust their bid, if needed.
  • In the Job details page, you will be able to see all the Bids submitted by freelancers.
  • Review the bids received, and if necessary, get clarifications from Freelancers, and then select a freelancer to award the project.
  • Click on ‘Award This job’ to the selected freelancer by accepting that Bid. Upon clicking ‘Award This Job’, a pop up shows up asking to reconfirm the decision.
  • Click OK to accept the Bid. Once Accepted, the Bid shows as Awarded.
  • Also, instead of reviewing all the bids, you have the option to automatically award the job to the lowest bid or to a high rated freelancer.
  • If you have a preferred Freelancer, you can also invite that freelancer to bid for a job and then award the bid.
  • Once the freelancer accepts the job award, You (Customer) will be notified and asked to make the Initial payment.
  • Open the notification and click on ‘Payment’
  • In payments Landing page and click on preferred payment method.
    • For PayPal please use the below account credentials:

    • For wire transfer and check, Admin need to approve the payment transactions.
    • For Credit Card transactions, select the card type and complete the payment transaction
  • Once Payment is made, the payment view page is loaded with payment details.
  • There are no hidden charges. We have a transparent pricing model. Please refer to our Payment Terms
  • As a Customer, you will pay your project costs after you award the job to a Freelancer.
  • All the payments/invoices are generated and handled within our portal.
  • Freelancers will submit their invoice for the work done, and upon approval of Customer, payment will be released by EZY Freelance.
